Videos and services

Before work starts: your deposit is refunded in full.

After work starts: the deposit is not refundable, because time and production costs are already committed. You keep every revision round your package includes.

If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund of everything you paid for that video.

Digital products

Because files can’t be returned, digital products are not refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken or not as described, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Customers in the EU: by starting the download you agree that delivery begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal ends at that point.

How to ask

Email us with your order details. We answer within 2 working days and send approved refunds through the same payment method you used.
